Working Sessions, Newcastle and the Hunter

Bring the problem.
Leave with it fixed.

A monthly session on site where we take one real problem, or one promising idea, and work on it with your team until it is fixed or proven. Everything happens in the room, on your systems. Nothing is left as homework.

All work in the room

Built on your systems, tested on your data, before we leave

One result per session

A fix that goes live, or a proof of concept with a clear verdict

No homework

Nothing lands on your team between sessions

Why it adds value

Why a session beats a report

Four things you get from working side by side that you will not get from a slide deck.

The work gets done in the room

No report that sits in a drawer and no action list for your team to get to later. We sit with the people who do the work, on your systems, and leave something working behind.

Proof before commitment

A proof of concept on your own data, with your own team, is the only honest way to know whether an AI idea pays off. We build it small, test it on real work and let the result make the decision.

Your team learns by doing

Every session is also training. The people in the room see how the fix was built, so they can run it, tweak it and spot the next one without waiting for us.

Momentum you can see

A fix or a proof of concept every month adds up. After a few sessions you have a growing library of working automations and a clear picture of what deserves a bigger investment.

This is for you if

  • You have a ranked list of opportunities from the audit and want the top ones fixed, not discussed
  • You want to test AI on one real process before you commit to anything bigger
  • Your team is flat out and cannot absorb homework, reports or a change program
  • You have an idea you suspect would work but nobody in the business has time to build it
  • Previous automation attempts stalled because the person building them left or got busy
  • You would rather see something working this month than see a plan for next quarter

How it works

How a session runs

Five steps, the same every time, so your team knows exactly what to expect and we spend the hours on the work rather than the warm-up.

Pick the problem

Before each session we agree on one thing to fix or one idea to prove. If you have done the audit, it comes off the ranked list. If not, it is whatever is hurting most this month. The session has one job, and everyone knows what it is.

Get the right people in the room

The people who actually do the work, plus whoever can make a decision. Usually two to five people. No observers, no one who has to leave early.

Build it together

We connect the tools, map the steps and build the fix or proof of concept on your systems while you watch and contribute. Questions get answered on the spot. Mistakes get fixed on the spot.

Test it on real work

Before the session ends we run it on genuine examples from your business, not a demo. If it works, it goes live. If it does not, you have learned that for the cost of a session rather than a project.

Hand it over

A short written note of what was built, how to run it and what to watch. Your team leaves knowing how it works. We leave with the next problem agreed.

What you walk away with

A working fix or proof of concept, every session

Something your team can use the next morning, built on your systems with your data.

A one-page session note

What was built, how to run it, what to watch, and the hours it should save.

A growing library of skills and automations

Prompts, workflows and scheduled tasks that build on each other month after month, documented so they outlive the session.

A trained team

The people in the room learn by building. Each session leaves more capability inside your business.

Evidence for bigger decisions

Real results from real tests, so the case for a larger program or a Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) is built on what actually worked here.

An agreed next problem

Every session ends with the next one scoped, so momentum does not depend on anyone finding time to think about it.

Three tiers

Pick the pace that fits

Three tiers, sized by time on site each month. Start at the level that fits your list and your appetite, and move up or down as it changes.

Focus

Half a day a month, on site

One problem fixed, or one proof of concept stood up, each month.

  • One fix or proof of concept a session
  • Built and tested on your systems
  • One-page session note
  • Next problem agreed before we leave
  • Several problems worked in parallel

Momentum

A full day a month, on site

Two problems, or a fix plus a proof of concept, each month.

  • Two fixes, or a fix plus a proof of concept
  • Built and tested on your systems
  • One-page session note
  • Skill and automation library maintained
  • Next problems agreed before we leave

Accelerate

Two full days a month, on site

Several fixes and proofs of concept moving at once, for businesses that want pace.

  • Several fixes and proofs of concept in parallel
  • Built and tested on your systems
  • Session notes for every item
  • Skill and automation library maintained
  • Light touch between sessions to keep things moving

All three tiers run on the same rule: the work happens while we are there. Anything beyond the session is scheduled into the next one or quoted separately, so your team is never carrying our to-do list.

Timeframe and next steps

Sessions run monthly, for half a day, a full day or two days depending on the tier. Most businesses see their first working result at the end of the very first session.

If you have completed an AI & Automation Audit with us, that fee is credited against your Working Sessions when you go ahead. Scope and tier are confirmed on a 15-minute Problem First Call.

Common questions

The audit finds and ranks the opportunities. Working Sessions fix them. Most clients do the audit first because it means each session starts with a clear target, but if you already know the problem you want solved, you can start here.
