Before we teach anyone anything, we find out where people actually are. A short survey and a conversation covering three things: how your team feels about AI, how much they already use it, and how they see their own role changing. This is the step most training skips, and it is why most training does not stick.
Rollout design
We work out which tool fits your business, who needs a seat, and what it should be connected to. An AI that can see your documents and systems is a different proposition to one that starts every conversation from nothing.
Guardrails and policy
A written, plain English AI usage policy: what is fine, what never goes in, what needs a second pair of eyes, and who to ask. This is the part that lets you stop worrying.
