A good workshop produces a long list of ideas. The hard part is choosing. Clients need to know which processes will pay off soonest and which are harder than they look, and a recommendation is only as convincing as the reasoning behind it.
The approach
Make the reasoning visible. Every process is scored against the same criteria, and the weighting can be adjusted to each client's priorities.

We built a scoring tool that rates each process on ten weighted criteria, five for value and five for complexity, and plots the results on a matrix. It includes:
- Weighting presets for balanced, return-first and risk-and-compliance priorities
- AI-suggested starting scores from a plain-English process description
- A client login where each client sees only their own engagement and approves key stages
- A branded report with an executive summary, plus data export
